How should I prepare for my acupuncture treatment?

Please eat a small meal or snack before your treatment. No special clothing is required as we have sheets and gowns to make you comfortable if needed.

Is my treatment covered by insurance?

We are out of network with all insurance plans and we do not bill insurance. However, most plans have coverage for out-of-network acupuncture and we will give you a superbill receipt that you can submit to insurance for direct reimbursement. Please note that benefits offered through American Specialty Heatlh (ASH) will not be reimbursed.

Can I use my Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)?

Yes! We accept FSA and HSA cards.

Do I need to prepay for a treatment package?

No, you don’t have to prepay. Packages are offered at a discount when paid in full at your initial visit, and you can also follow a package plan while paying per visit (without the discount). Packages are designed to support the most common care plans and help create consistency for deeper results. They aren’t required unless you’re a new fertility patient not currently going through IVF — those plans do require a package so we can support you fully.

Does your practice treat men?

Absolutely. Men come in for general wellness care—better sleep, less stress, improved digestion—and for support with sperm health when fertility is a goal.

Do you offer HRT/MHT?

Our practice doesn’t prescribe hormone replacement therapy (HRT/MHT), but we’re skilled at helping you determine whether it might be a good fit and can connect you with prescribing clinicians. We offer acupuncture, herbs, targeted supplements, and lifestyle guidance, all of which can stand alone to support hormones or can complement HRT/MHT treatment.
